Charges laid after Prince George shooting

Two men have been charged after a shooting yesterday (May 2)

Charges have been laid after an investigation into a Prince George shooting that happened yesterday (May 2) near the corner of John Hart Highway and Shady Lane. 

Ravinesh Sharma, 32, and Justin Pawluck, 35, have both been charged with the following offenses: 

  • Careless use of a firearm
  • Possession of a firearm knowing possession is unauthorized
  • Possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
  • Possession contrary to a prohibition order 

Both men are in custody and are being held until their next court appearance scheduled for today (May 3) in Prince George. 

Cpl. Craig Douglass adds charges for the woman driver have been forwarded to Prince George Crown's Office for review.
