City of Prince George seeking applications for three grant programs

The grants will help launch, sustain great ideas, events and projects

If you're a local organization, you'll want to listen up as the City of Prince George is offering three community grants. 

The three community grants being offered are: 

myPG Community Grant

This grant is for non-profit organizations that know their strengths as well as potential.

These organizations also have ideas on how to make the city a better place for everybody. 

The grant is designed to help local organizations with developing and implementing innovative activities which help make Prince George a great community.

Celebrate Prince George Grant

If you are a non-profit organization and offer the community celebrations at any time during the year, you could qualify for funding through the City and Tourism PG partnership. 

The program aims to help foster a celebratory atmosphere that will help attract visitor to the community.

This grant is for the 2020 season.

Community Enhancement Grant

This grant program offers the community an opportunity to improve neighbourhoods as well as foster civic pride.

The grant ranges from $200 to a maximum amount of $1,000.

The deadline for the grants is March 15, 2019.
