Early morning break-and-enter investigation ongoing for Prince George RCMP

There's no risk to public safety

Details are expected to be released later today (Jan. 12) about a break-and-enter in Prince George.

According to RCMP spokesperson Cst. Jennifer Cooper, police are on scene investigating an early morning break-and-enter in the Foothills area of the city, adding there's no public threat to safety.

A call for help was reported and responded to by Mounties at around 6:30 a.m. on 4700-block Hill Avenue.

Police are currently collecting more information.
