You may have heard of cat cafés but have you heard of Kitty Cat Yoga?

Cats are naturally flexible animals, so it’s not a stretch to include them in your local yoga class.

Lifestyle coach Zandra Ross has come up with a purrfect way to spend the afternoon by combining yoga and the Internet’s most favourite animal.

She’s partnered with the Prince George Humane Society to present Kitty Cats and Yoga Mats, which is essentially a gentle yoga class that includes the presence of cats who are in need of a loving home.

Get your cat pose on, and join the class to get some exercise and cuddle up with some adorable felines.

Who knows, you may even fall in love and leave with a new furry friend!

The classes take place Sunday evenings from November to December at the Prince George Human Society. Times are yet to be determined, but you can follow the Facebook event for the latest mews!

Participation is by donation, with proceeds going to the society.
