The 2021 Spruce Kings Show Home is set for April 30 and as of Noon on Thursday (March 4), more than 60 per cent of the 11,000 tickets available have been sold.

According to organizers, 4,280 tickets remain for residents to possibly win the 39th edition of the annual giveaway, which accounts for less than 40 per cent of the total.

The Aberdeen Glen home was built by Hopson Construction on 2754 Links Dr. and is 2,600 sq. ft.

It includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office, a two-door garage and a vaulted ceiling, and also comes complete with home decor, furniture and up-to-date appliances.

Several virtual-tour options, as well as social media posts, are available online for those wishing to see the residence.

Meanwhile, the second Mega 50/50 Jackpot has exactly 5,291 tickets left with participants earning a one in 8,000 chance of winning.

Cerry Nash, ticket #18272 won the first pot of $100,000 thanks to a sold-out lottery, and Spruce Kings Show Home organizers are hoping to give away the same amount to another lucky person.

The current total sits at just under $34,000.

A winner will also be selected on April 30.

Tickets for the Show Home are $125 each, while Mega 50/50 tickets are $25 each.

The third early-bird prize, a PB Sports and Evolve mountain bike and gift certificate, is scheduled to be drawn April 9.
