On Feb. 19, a man followed a child for several blocks by Heritage Elementary.

Then on Feb. 25, a man approached a child near the same school and tried to get them in the vehicle.

Police say the third incident on March 19, a suspicious vehicle driven by a man approached a child near North Tabor and Ospika Boulevard and also tried to convince the child to get into his truck, but took off when the child refused.

The suspect is described as:

  • White
  • Middle-aged
  • Short dark hair
  • Short dark beard with spots of grey, roughly one inch in length

Police now say the vehicle is believed to be a newer model White Toyota Tundra with an extended cab and black tonneau cover.
