The cold isn't going anywhere. 

Environment Canada says your Sunday will be cloudy before becoming a mix of sun and cloud later in the morning with winds up to 15 km/h. 

The high is -15 C with a windchill factor of -35 C in the morning and -23 C in the afternoon with a risk of frostbite. 

For tonight, the forecast is calling for partly cloudy skies with winds up to 15 km/h and a low of -25 C. 

Windchill factors will be -25 C in the evening and -33 C overnight with a risk of frostbite.
