Rise and shine, Prince George!

It'll be a chilly Sunday (Feb. 17) in Prince George, according to Environment Canada.

Winds are expected to blow as much as 20 km/h throughout the day, dropping the temperature to -30 C in the morning and -23 C in the afternoon.

The daily high will hover around -14 C but even though the sun will be shining, the agency says the risk of frostbite is still there.

Clear skies will show a much brighter evening than normal as well.

The overnight low is forecasted at -20 C, -26 C with the wind chill.

Family Day 2019 (Feb. 18) is looking sunny with a high of -10 C.
