There's a risk of thunderstorms on the way for Prince George today (March 5), according to Environment Canada.
The latest forecast reads flurries in the morning followed by mainly cloudy skies and a 60 per cent chance of rain showes in the afternoon.
Thunderstorms are likely to kick in by the late afternoon along with winds gusting up to 60 km/h.
By the evening, it'll be partly cloudy, but that 60 per cent chance of rain showers will remain in effect.
Temperatures will reach 5 C at its peak, but the low will dip to -12 C overnight.
