The City of Prince George is warning residents to be aware of an aggressive moose spotted in Ginter’s Meadow.

The moose is a cow with young calves. The city also notes that moose often see dogs as predators and can attack them aggressively resulting in significant or fatal injuries.

As Ginter’s Meadow is an off-leash dog area, the city says residents should be careful when in the area and keep their dogs under control or leashed.
